YOGA FLOW – EVERY TUESDAY – 8:15-9:30AM – PLAYA DE RADAZUL
We will practise a Hatha-Vinyasa Flow, with some weeks implementing parts of the Ashtanga Primary series.
Meditation, breathwork & mantra will also be practised as part of the traditional Yoga class.
All levels and ages are welcomed, with modifications and add-ons for everyone.
