In this dynamic and flowing session, I will guide you through a series of carefully selected yoga postures to help you:

The class will take place in a calm and relaxing outdoor setting, overlooking the beautiful Lago Martiánez. You don’t need any previous Yoga experience to participate, you just need to want to have fun and connect with yourself!
