Every Wednesday evening in our beautiful garden overlooking the sea…
We will practise a gentle Hatha flow to cool and ground ourselves into the summer season, as well as a relaxing sound meditation with the use of healing instruments and musical mantras.
Meditation, breathwork & mantra will also be practised as part of the traditional Yoga class.
All levels and ages are welcomed, with modifications and add-ons for everyone.
