This New Moon brings a strong wave of renewal and initiates us into a new chapter of our lives, a lunar cycle focused on bridging the spiritual and the material, anchoring the Spirit into the body, and renewing our commitment to living our lives as a spiritual practice.

I’ll be offering a medicinal cup of delicious cacao all the way from the Amazons of Peru, to open your heart & your mind, and to awaken your senses of deep peace & tranquility from within.

An opening yoga practise of meditation, breathwork & gentle asanas, followed by magical musical mantras to connect with the Divine. A closing sound healing journey to melt your entire body into the earth, as you surrender to the travel of the energetic essence that you are.
