Pilates by the Sea, Radazul

PILATES – EVERY TUESDAY – 9:30-10:30AM – PLAYA DE RADAZUL

We will work through the exercises of classical mat pilates, with a strong focus on strengthening the core abdominal, back & hip muscles. In this class, you will gain higher levels of mobility and flexibility to develop optimal posture, which will also help strengthen the asanas of the yoga practise.

Please bring a well padded mat, or a thick towel to be used on top of your yoga mat.

All levels and ages are welcomed, with modifications and add-ons for everyone.
