Namaste, dear souls! I’m Faye, a dedicated guide & practitioner on the path to inner harmony and wellbeing. It’s my deepest intention to create a nurturing and safe space, where you can embark on your own journey of self-discovery, growth and transformation.

Here’s a little about how my personal story transformed into my calling to help & guide others in the art of wellbeing…

My journey of teaching movement began over fifteen years ago, having been a former professional dancer and having trained my body since my early childhood. I also loved music & singing, leading me to train as a professional singer, along with reading music and playing various instruments.

My passion for the remarkable benefits of Pilates during my time training as a Dancer, also lead me to qualifying as a Mat Pilates Teacher, completing my Level 3 Diploma (400hours) in London, UK.

Alongside my trainings, I began practising Yoga and soon became a dedicated Yogi! I began to feel the benefits of a much deeper level of personal awareness, a sense of new found balance and transformation in my life. So I decided to embark on a 200hours Yoga Teacher Training in India where I specialised in Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa & Ayurveda.

I continued various Yoga Alliance teacher trainings (over 300hours) throughout India & Spain, including; Bhakti & Jnana Yoga, Sound Healing, Ayurvedic Yoga, Yin & breath work.

I had also discovered the benefits of Ayurveda (the sister of yoga & science of life) whilst deepening my personal healing journey, and decided to further my studies with a passion to share the knowledge of this ancient wisdom to others. I travelled again to India to complete my Ayurvedic Massage Training & gained valuable private lectures with an Ayurvedic doctor.

Yoga Life…

As a yoga teacher, I believe that yoga is a journey of self-discovery and self-care. It’s not only a physical practice of exercise, it is a way of life, a daily ritual to connect oneself with their spiritual centre, enabling them to find peace and clarity within. My teaching style is rooted in mindfulness, breath & body awareness, along with intention & self reflection during the process.

I have a lengthly experience both learning & teaching Yoga at retreats, events, workshops & various studios. Along the way I have gained a vast knowledge and deep insight into the physical and energetic systems of the body, mind & soul.

Beyond the mat, I’m a nature enthusiast, a lover of simple pleasures, and a firm believer in the healing power of laughter. When I’m not teaching, guiding or practicing, you can find me exploring the beauty of the great outdoors, singing my heart out whilst strumming on my ukulele or journaling with a cup of tea!

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, a pilates pro, skilled singer/musician, or a complete newby to the world of wellness, I welcome you with open arms to join me in exploring the profound and beautiful practices in the art of wellbeing…
